Our guarantee
The “Usable Content” Guarantee
If we do the shoot and you don't get at least 3 usable marketing assets from your package, we'll re-edit the content or come back for a reshoot when conditions allow. No drama — you get usable content.
Retainer clients: if we miss a scheduled shoot due to our availability, you get a make-up shoot at no charge. Weather, airspace, or access issues are rescheduled, never forfeited.

Yes. We come to your location, capture a short aerial demo, and send you a preview so you can see exactly what professional aerial content looks like for your brand — before you spend a dollar. Available for qualified projects in the Okanagan core.
Yes — the Content Flyover Plan covers ongoing monthly documentation, and larger productions are quoted custom. Book a free shoot and we'll scope it on-site.
One-time shoots: 50% deposit to book, balance due before final delivery. Retainers are billed at the start of each month with a 3-month minimum. Travel within the Okanagan core is included.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on the package. Rush delivery (within 48 hours where possible) is available as an add-on.
